The application is easy to install, since you can find in the accommodation an A4 assistant sheet with user-friendly instructions on connection to Wi-Fi and the application download
No registration is required for work, and authorization is performed only for accommodation and is done automatically when reading a QR code or entering the accommodation ID in the Authorization section
The application has no confusing labyrinths, the menu is intuitive and easy to search and navigate, simple and restrained design does not distract from the use
Install the application on your smartphone. You can do it in several ways:
- follow the links below (Install Application section);
- go to the Google Play app store if you have Android, or to the App Store if you have iOS, and type “app4room” in the search field;
- using a QR scanner, scan the QR code on the instructions which you can find in the accommodation.
Following the instructions for the initial start-up, download the information on accommodation. To do this, you need to:
- either go to the Authorization section on the bottom panel and enter the accommodation code, if you know it;
- or go to the QR-code section and scan the first (upper) or third (lower) code of the QR instructions;
- or in the Search section, click the FIND button on the top panel and enter the accommodation name or address. If you do not know the name of the accommodation or its address, leave the input field empty and click the Apply button, after which all objects of this service will be loaded.
Select a suitable accommodation in the Search section and mark it with the check box in the top-right corner. On the top panel, click the ADD TO FAVORITES button.
The selected accommodations also get automatically to the Favorites section when you enter an accommodation code into the Authorization section or when you scan the first (or third) code of the QR instructions in the QR code section.
Now, using the Favorites section, it will be more convenient for you to upload information on selected accommodations by simply clicking on the desired one. In the accommodation description (page) on the bottom panel, the following sections are available:
- Main - a catalog of useful information about accommodation: rooms and prices, services and facilities, rules of residence, infrastructure, arrangements, events, excursions, etc.
- Map - navigation through interesting and useful places near the accommodation: recreations, sightseeing attractions, vital points, excursion routes, etc.
- Chat - a common messenger for quick contact with the accommodation administration at every given opportunity (asking questions, ordering services, etc.), wherever you are.
- Reviews - comments (users feedback) from you and other guests in the form of an assessment of the accommodation, residence, services and facilities provided.
- Contacts - contact information of the accommodation administration, also to contact when needed.
At the top of the app in the accommodation description you will see the shopping cart. All of your created orders will be visible with a status mark.
Also, from time to time you may receive Push notifications from the accommodations located in the Favorites section. With these notifications, you will always be kept informed about news and new products, promotional and special offers, discounts and gifts, events and arrangements from your favorite accommodation.
Travel the world with various accommodations in one application. To get information about the accommodation you are choosing, you do not necessarily have to be its guest. Install App4Room and find out everything you need from the application before you check-in.
